Our mission of building better communities shows up in our work, and in our culture of serving people and communities in need. We support charitable organizations, and our own internal initiatives, by contributing our time and money to critical community causes.
We are grateful for the success we’ve sustained and believe it is an essential duty to give resources back to our communities.

Alliant Chips In
With industry workforce development initiatives, we started Alliant Chips In – a program that allows our employee-owners the opportunity to vote between local STEM nonprofits they believe align with Alliant’s mission and values. We partner with the winners throughout the year to provide financial support, chances for employee-owners to volunteer, and provide engineering/STEM education.
Pro Bono Community Projects
Our work impacts the entire fabric of the community. We don’t just deliver exceptional projects, we create value. Nowhere is this value more evident than in our pro bono project work. Pro bono projects embody the true spirit of our industry. While collaborating with our developers, contractors, and other design firms, we impact positive change where we live. This important work is beneficial to the direct recipients of our services, but also to our clients, employee-owners, and Alliant. We’re honored to be part of projects like Hillcrest Village, the City of Roseville Soil Health Study, and Hockey Day Minnesota.
