  • Funding requirements caused redesign and District needed additional support to meet the schedule

Federal Grant Applications – D3

  • GEC work order to prepare three Rural Grant applications and a combined INFRA/Mega Grant application
  • Scope and budget developed for the GEC work order two days later and got to work
  • Four highly visual applications were prepared under a tight six-week timeframe and strict requirements

Twin Ports Interchange Design – D1

  • Preliminary design through GEC work order; Member of CMGC team for detailed design and traffic control; 3D design with dozens of alternatives
  • Maintains traffic through project area over active rail yard
  • Last minute repackaging into multiple projects due to funding constraints
