Alliant partnered with the City of Rochester and Olmstead County to improve the 48th Street/Commercial Drive intersection, an area that’s seen recent growth and redevelopment.
After a thorough study of five potential improvements, we recommended a single-lane roundabout, which was supported by the City Council. Construction plans were prepared in accordance with City, County and MnDOT State Aid design standards.
