Highland Bridge Rowhomes

Once the site of a historic manufacturing facility, Highland Bridge is now a vibrant neighborhood reimagined with sustainability and community at its core. Following the Highland Bridge Masterplan guidelines, Alliant provided a site layout for 167 rowhomes to blend into this burgeoning and diverse neighborhood seamlessly.

A key part of the design was providing access to shops, trail networks, greenways, and the waterways that make Highland Bridge a unique and desired place to live. With sustainability and aesthetics in mind, our team sought to seamlessly integrate landscape with the built environment, plotting a palette of native planting within a compact urban footprint. Highland Bridge isn’t just a development—it’s a new chapter in St. Paul’s story that will be a sustainable benefit to the community for years to come.
