City of Inglewood Traffic Management Operations Plan

When SoFi Stadium opened in 2020, the City of Inglewood needed a smart traffic solution that could handle tens of thousands of visitors. Alliant continues to help make that happen. What started as the design and optimization of 75 traffic signals has since expanded to a citywide solution for everyday traffic and specialized event timing for SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome—including reversible lane strategies and built-in flexibility for shuttles and rideshare. From kickoff to concert nights, Alliant plays a key role in helping fans get in and out smoothly—and keeping local traffic moving.
