Powerline Hardware is a provider of electrical utility products headquartered in Jacksonville. The company was formed in 1989 to fill a void in the availability of affordable and consistent quality pole line hardware for the utility industry. This 5.5-acre site is home to their new office and distribution center. The recently completed facility includes 37,000 SF of warehouse space and 4,900 SF of office space.
As civil engineer and landscape architect, Alliant was responsible for civil and site design, utility coordination, drainage and grading, road and parking lot design, vehicle circulation as well as landscape and planting design.
