This master-planned development contains a mix of both traditional and non-traditional detached single-family homes and numerous amenities within a 78.5-acre site.

The roadway into the community passes entry monuments and a landscaped center median before transitioning to a more typical roadway section ultimately arriving at the community pool near the center of the site. The landscape and architectural materials in this corridor all fit into the context of the overall community to provide visual connectivity from the perimeter of the site to the interior.
