Twin Cities Premium Outlets is a 444,000 SF, $100 million redevelopment that brings together shopping, walkability, transit options, green space, and livability. It features approximately 100 stores of various sizes around a pedestrian concourse that serves as the center’s main street. Users access the concourse through well-defined, landscaped entry plazas.
Because the site was originally a series of existing parcels, including a city street that was previously Highway 13, Alliant worked extensively with the City of Eagan, the developer and attorneys to consolidate the land. We also worked with the developer, architect, and the City of Eagan to acquire zoning, planned development, subdivision and building permit approvals.
