As an Associate in the transportation design group, Nicole is passionate about delivering high-quality projects, solving complex problems, and mentoring junior team members. She has a background in highway design and specializes in Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). In her 10 years at Alliant, she has worked on a multitude of projects including ADA improvements, rural highway rehabilitation and reconstruction, urban intersection improvements, and large-scale interchange reconfigurations. Her project experience includes both bid-build and alternative delivery such as design-build and CMGC. Nicole’s experience working directly with contractors on many alternative delivery projects gives her a vast understanding of construction, staging schedule, and constructability.
