With over 20 years of industry experience, Tanya has extensive design and project management experience with rural and urban roadway facilities including interchanges, diverging diamonds, Trunk Highways, CSAH, County Roads, and City streets. Her roadway design experience includes roadway expansion, multimodal enhancements, the addition of turn/bypass lanes, realignment and profile correction, new alignment, intersection improvements, and evaluation of alternative alignments/concepts. Tanya also has extensive regional trail experience and understands how to accommodate the design requirements for the trail facility while preserving the natural aesthetics of the area.
